Lester Brown's Plan B

We've broadcast lots of gloom and doom on this program. The latest is from environmentalist Lester Brown, but don't worry, he has a plan to make things better. His book is called "Plan B, 3.0: Mobilizing to Save Civilization." He says biofuel is not the answer to our reliance on oil but that with today's technology, wind power can provide the US with all of its energy needs. He also wants you to save money and energy by changing to compact fluorescent light bulbs in your house. Brown is the founder and president of the Earth Policy Institute, a research organization concerned with the intersection of the environment, the global economy and population growth.
