Let the Bon Taj Roulet

“Laissez les bon temps roulez” is the French rallying cry of New Orleans. It means “let the good times roll.” It’s an appropriate play on words for the first ever joint tour by musicians Bonnie Raitt and Taj Mahal. She’s a member of the Rock and Roll Hall Of Fame and known for her exploration of blues music. Taj Mahal is a member of the Blues Hall of Fame and has been stretching the boundaries of his chosen art form his whole life. Now they’re co-headlining “The Bon Taj Roulet Tour” which kicked off on August 6th in Williamsport, Pennsylvania. They’ll be on the road through the end of September. For a complete list of cities and tour dates click here. Raitt and Mahal have been friends for almost four decades and they’re both interested in doing more than entertaining you in exchange for big bucks.
